MARKETING FUNNEL Introduction The marketing funnel is a critical piece of the marketing process. It outlines the most straightforward journey customers might take in their path to purchase. Ultimately, the marketing funnel is a helpful framework for connecting and engaging with customers along their journey. Marketing funnel includes Awareness, Consideration, Conversion.
